We help new and emerging artists to show and sell their work, often for the first time, alongside more established artists, and to be part of a supportive community of artists.
How it works
Seasons
Exhibitions run in three-month seasons. You commit to at least one season. After that you may be offered another, or placed on a waiting list to return.
Your work
We prefer original work on the walls. Unframed reproductions can also be sold. You hang and take down your own work, on dates we agree with you. The hanging session is a great opportunity to meet many of the other artists.
Stewarding
The gallery is run by its artists, so each exhibitor does at least six three-hour stewarding shifts during their season. It’s enjoyable and informative, and a great chance to meet customers. We’ll give you some training and you can sit in with an experienced steward before your first solo shift.
Meet the Artists
About a month into each season we hold a public Meet the Artists event where exhibiting artists and visitors can get to know each other and customers can meet you and talk to you about your work.
