Safa Aslam
Safa’s practice centres on drawing and lino printing. Her sketchbooks document journeys, everyday observations, and moments of connection, creating a personal archive of places and experiences.
Safa is a member of the sketch squad, who has contributed to Sam Marshall’s bestselling book - Sketch, A project guide to drawing with confidence. Safa’s drawings offer all creatives another interpretation, supporting artistic development and confidence.
In her practice, safa’s drawings are later developed into linocut prints, translating memory and atmosphere through line, texture and pattern. Her work celebrates the value of slowing down, observing closely, and finding meaning in the details of everyday life.
